The entirety of the course content, encompassing videos, documents, and any additional materials, remains the exclusive intellectual property of Azizi, safeguarded under copyright legislation. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized sharing of these materials without the direct written consent of Azizi is strictly prohibited.

4.     Refund Conditions

Given the nature of our digital products, all purchases are non-refundable, and we do not grant refunds for the following reasons:

- A change of decision

- Insufficient time to review the materials.

Due to the significant amount of downloadable digital content included in our offerings, we cannot process refund requests for the reasons listed above.

5. Membership/Subscription Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your membership or subscription, you need to either open a ticket in the Discord server you have been given access to or email us at info@ecomazizi.com. Please allow us 1-3 business days to respond. To avoid being charged on the renewal date, please notify us at least 1-3 business days in advance. When you request a cancellation, you will lose access to all services and content 2 days before the next renewal date to prevent access to future content without payment.

6.     Use Of Service

6.1 Acceptable Use: You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service.

6.2 Prohibited Behaviour: Engaging in abusive, harassing, or otherwise offensive conduct within the platform is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to our Service for violating these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Any clauses of these Terms designed to remain in effect after termination will still apply.
